China Merchants China Director Investments (133 HK) has just published its notice of annual general meeting (AGM).

We encourage all shareholders to vote at the AGM.

We, Argyle Street Management, plan to vote in favor of all the resolutions at the AGM, except one:

We will vote AGAINST the re-election of Ms. Elizabeth Kan as a director of CMCDI.👎👎👎

The AGM will take place at 10:00am on 20 June 2024 (Thursday).

We suggest you to submit your vote online in advance through your broker or custodian.
